Media Notes	Erika Ruth Lundh Buchholz, 22, of Pasadena, Calif., died Aug. 15, in Lahaina, Hawaii. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday to Blunt Mortuary, 2229 W. Colorado Ave., with John Reed officating. Private burial will be in Crystal Valley Cemetery, Manitou Springs. Mrs. Lundh-Buchholz was born May 3, 1962, in Tulsa, Okla., where she lived most of her life. Her parents are Richard K. Lundh of Los Angeles, formerly of Colorado Springs, her mother, Marcia Whitney of Tulsa and her stepmother, Jerrie A. Lundh of San Francisco. Her husband, Roger Buccholz of Corte Madera, Calif., survives. She is also survived by a sister, Leni S. Burrow of Duncan, Okla. Memorial contributions may be made to Marin Services for Women, P.O.
